CCN's Jim Sciutto reported earlier this evening that the FBI stated they will not be bringing charges against Michael Flynn based on the Logan Act, or anything else. Although it's not clear exactly what transpired in the interview, it seems the FBI feels that Flynn made an honest mistake, and was not trying to deliberately mislead the administration and/or public.

This news is sure to disappoint the individuals salivating over the thought of blood in the water, but proving malicious or willful intent could be tough here, and it's more than likely the FBI has had their fill of fighting that battle over the last year with the Hillary investigation.
